Position: Rotational Relief Pharmacist
Location: B.C. (Victoria, Port Alberni, Bowser and North Vancouver)
Job Type: Full-Time OR Part Time
Pay: BC $64-$70 Hourly
Mint Health + Drugs is a fast-growing, pharmacist-owned company with 21 locations in Western Canada, dedicated to exceptional care and service beyond a typical drug store.
The Rotational Operations Pharmacist is a key member of the Operations Team responsible for providing relief to pharmacy sites requiring a pharmacist due to absences and supporting process improvement initiatives. This role ensures uninterrupted pharmacy operations, enhancing operational efficiency, and sustaining a competitive advantage. This ad invites independent contractors as well. We are looking for a rotational pharmacist to provide coverage across MINT locations in British Columbia. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in diverse settings while enjoying travel and new experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately prepare and dispense medications as per prescriptions
• Document and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications
• Manage third-party insurance billing inquiries internally and externally
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree
• BCPHA license in good standing
• ISTM preferred
• Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection preferred
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience within retail pharmacy is preferred
• Strong organizational and operational oversight skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to implement and adhere to regulatory compliance
• High attention to detail and good judgment
• Ability to travel within the province
