About the Role
Mint Health + Drugs is hiring an experienced, hands-on Recruiter to join our fast-moving, corporate team. We need someone who can start immediately, jump into active requisitions, and consistently deliver great hires – especially pharmacists – while helping us strengthen our hiring process and candidate experience. This role can be hybrid if you prefer, with a home base in Southwest Edmonton.

What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end recruiting: intake meetings, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support, and close.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for pharmacists and other key roles (assistants, technicians, nurses, corporate/office roles as needed).
• Run proactive sourcing: LinkedIn outreach, referrals, community networking, and talent mapping.
• Coordinate and attend hiring events: career fairs, school partnerships, and community outreach.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to move fast while keeping decisions consistent and defensible.
• Keep recruiting documentation and trackers current using Google Docs/Sheets (requisition notes, candidate pipelines, interview guides, offer trackers, onboarding checklists).
• Support onboarding handoff so new hires have a smooth first week and feel welcomed and set up for success.
• Help streamline recruiting tools and processes, keeping things simple and scalable.
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare, retail, or high-volume environments is a strong asset).
• Proven ability to source and close hard-to-fill roles (pharmacist recruitment experience is a major plus).
• Confident communicator – warm with candidates, direct with hiring leaders, and able to push processes forward.
• Strong documentation habits and comfort working in shared online tools (Google Docs/Sheets).
• Organized and action-oriented: you follow up, you close loops, you keep things moving.
• Comfortable with ATS/HR systems (Dayforce experience is an asset, not a requirement).
• Ability to work from our Southwest Edmonton office as needed (hybrid flexibility available).
Incentives (how it works)
This role includes a base salary plus hire-based incentives. Incentives are paid when a new hire successfully starts (and can be structured with additional milestones if preferred). Pharmacist placements carry an incentive weighting to reflect urgency and impact.
Work location
Hybrid optional, with a primary hub in Southwest Edmonton. Some travel to support hiring events or occasional in-person needs may be required.
