Job Type: Regular, Full time OR Part-Time
Pay: $52-$65 Hourly
Pharmacy Hours:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sat: 9:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

About the Role
Mint Health + Drugs is seeking an experienced Pharmacist on full time or part time basis (occasional weekends needed) to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you’ll mentor and lead a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and dispense drugs
• Assess new and repeat prescriptions
• Consistently apply medication management principles
• Educate patients on medication use
• Monitor patient progress
• Document and maintain accurate records
• Oversee and mentor pharmacy staff
• Promote healthy living and immunization programs
• Handle customer concerns and complaints
• Communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree
• Licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia in good standing
• Current CPR Certification Valid in British Columbia
• Drug Administration by Injection is an asset
Experience & Skills
• Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and operational oversight skills
• Expertise in medication management and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in managing pharmacy inventory and financials
• Knowledge of Kroll system is considered an asset
