Registered Nurse – Community Health (Part-Time, Fixed Term)
Location: Edmonton, AB (Community-Based)
Hours: Part-Time – 24 hours/week (Weekends will be required)
Contract: Fixed Term until March 2026
Pay: $32–$45/hour

Mint Health + Drugs is a pharmacist-owned healthcare organization with 21 locations across Western Canada. We provide care beyond the traditional pharmacy model, including community nursing, harm reduction, immunizations, infant & postpartum care, and outreach to vulnerable populations.
The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Health team. This role involves working alongside pharmacists to provide direct patient care in community settings, including shelters, transitional housing, and client homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and health assessments
Administer medications, including opioid agonist therapies
Administer flu and travel vaccines (IM/Subcutaneous injections)
Support harm reduction and community outreach initiatives
Perform medication reconciliation and documentation
Educate patients and address health concerns
Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
Current CPR certification
Must provide Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
Experience in community health, mental health, or addictions is an asset
Immunization experience preferred
Driver’s License required
